RATES IN USD PER NIGHT

High season (November/April):

7 bedrooms: USD $1,200 per night
5 bedrooms: USD $1,100 per night

Low season (May to October)

7 bedrooms: USD $1,000 per night
5 bedrooms: USD $900 per night

Christmas/New Year: USD $1,900 per night

(10 night minimum)

Less than 10 nights USD $2,200 per night

Holy Week/Easter: USD $1,200 per night

7 days minimum

With the 7 bedroom option, for more than 16 people there is a daily extra cost of USD $50 per extra helper needed.

With the 5 bedroom option the extra daily cost of USD $50 is generated with more than 12 people.

Rates subject to changes

50% of the total amount is required to secure and confirm a reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

In case of a cancellation this deposit is not refundable but if it has been paid in full and we're notified at least 20 days before arrival, it will be credited to a future rental for only one change, rescheduling at the convenience of both parties according to availability.

Partial deposits of intention are never refundable or credited to a future rental, if they were not completed within the established timeframe and you want to cancel a reservation they are lost.

For Christmas/New Year and Holy week cancellations must be made with a 30 day notice so as not to lose your deposits.
